Service Overview

The Pip Academy’s trading course information is fully based on the opinions and experience of ‘The Pip Academy’ over the last 9 years of trading the Foreign Exchange markets and is in no way the 1 and only method of trading the financial markets. The Pip Academy takes no legal responsibility for any and all, realized and unrealized losses that may be incurred by a client. It is up to each individual client to manage their trading accounts responsibly, through using mechanisms that are in place for limiting and preventing losses.

Your Membership

Your membership includes access to in exclusive list for education, mentorship an appositive community to network within.

Personal Information

We do not collect personal information beyond the username and e-mail address you provide. We do not share this information with any third parties. All reasonable practices are in place to ensure confidential storage and handling of personal information.

All credit/debit card details and personally identified information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased any third parties.

The websites policies and terms and conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards. Therefore the customers are encouraged to frequently visit the sections in order to be updated about the changes on the website. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.

Method of Payment, Card Types accepted and Currency

We accept online payments using Visa and MasterCard credit /debit card in USD via PayPal only

Refund/Returns

The 1st Degree have a no refund policy due to the nature of our digital products/ We do not allow clients to “try it out” – all sales are final.

Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for long wait times, or for any reason at any time.

Intellectual Property

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, or resell any part of the first degree information and services without express written permission by Jahdee D.

Community Code of Conduct

All members are expected to communicate in a respectful manner at all times period any conduct that is viewed as unacceptable by management or result in a warning and or expulsion from the community. We have no tolerance for objectionable content, NSFW content, or abusive users. Any user posting objectionable content will be banned from our service. Any reported contact will be reviewed within 24 hours.
